Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not, please let us know within 5 days of receipt. Since each arrangement is made to order, all items returned will be charged a restocking fee of 25%. No refunds will be made until items are returned in original packing materials and in good condition.

We will credit your credit card via PayPal for 75% of the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. We only ask that you return it in new condition and in the original packing materials.

If however, you receive your arrangement in poor condition due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will replace it with the exact same item. Again, we ask that you pay to return the damaged arrangement, in it's original packing materials before we ship out a replacement.
