Q. Can I order a design you
have pictured?
A. Yes.
We will make a design as in the picture, or you may
choose a particular design and have it created in a
different size or color.
Q. What if I'm not
sure on a color?
A. If
you're not sure on a color, we will be happy to assist
you. You can e-mail us
some photos of your home/office décor and we
will use that as a guide in determining which color(s)
would look good in a particular setting.
Q. If I custom order
a creation, how do I know what the finished product
looks like before I purchase it?
A. After
you put down a 50% deposit, we will make the arrangement
and e-mail you a picture to view and request any changes
before you pay the balance.
Q. Will my arrangement
look just like the one pictured?
A. We
will try our best to re-create the arrangement as pictured,
however sometimes flower substitutions are required
due to availability. Colors and textures may vary slightly
among arrangements. The quality, look and feel of the
craft will always remain the same.
Q. Can I hang my arrangement
outside?
A. Our
arrangements are designed for interior use only, however
some may be used outside on occasion. We don't recommend
that you hang your arrangement outdoors where it may
get wet. Please keep in mind that if a wreath or swag
is in direct sunlight, some fading will occur.
Q. How are shipping charges calculated?
A. Shipping
and handling is calculated by the approximate weight
and size of each item. Some items are in oversized
boxes, therefore the shipping is adjusted accordingly.
Q. Do you offer Express
Delivery?
A. Yes
we do. There will be an extra $15.00 - $20.00 added
to each item to be sent by Express Mail Delivery, depending
on the size.
Q. Do you ship to International destinations?
A.
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please e-mail us
to determine what the specific shipping charges will
be for your particular purchase.
Q. How will I know when my order has been processed?
A.
When you complete the order process, you will be asked
to provide your e-mail address. We will send you confirmation
via e-mail once your order has been shipped.
Q. How long will it
take for my order to be delivered?
A. When
we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped
within 7 days using USPS Priority
Mail, or UPS (depending
on size). Depending on your location, shipment via
USPS usually takes 4-7 working days to be delivered.
Q. What methods of payment
do you accept?
A. We
accept personal checks, money orders, and credit card
payments via PayPal.
When paying by check, orders will not ship until check
clears (usually 5-10 days). PayPal is a secure processing
service that collects all the necessary information
for credit cards and shipping addresses. |
